Title Register Deeds
The Title Register provides all the official particulars relating to ownership for a property or piece of land registered in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland. It shows the registered proprietor(s), the price paid (where recorded since April 2000), and any charges or restrictions registered against the title.
A Title Plan accompanies the register and shows the general boundary of the property outlined in red. It is drawn from Ordnance Survey mapping and can help clarify the extent of a registered title.
